This robust flavoured honey has a florescent yellow to greenish tinged appearance. This honey predominantly consists of nectar collected from Purple Loosestrife (Lythrum Salicari). Purple Loosestrife is an abundant wetland flower that grows in Ontario and most parts of Canada. It is often seen growing along shorelines and roadside ditches.
